Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $250. In-stock orders are typically processed within two business days. Made-to-order pieces display their estimated production window on the product page and order confirmation.

U.S. delivery

• Standard: 3 to 6 business days, complimentary over $250
• Express: 1 to 2 business days, $28
• Signature may be required for orders over $750

International delivery

International shipping, duties and taxes require a configured production checkout. Duties may be collected at checkout or on delivery depending on destination.

Returns

Eligible full-price merchandise may be returned within 21 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging. Final sale, personalized, made-to-order and intimate items are not returnable unless defective.

Start a return

Sign into your account, open the relevant order and select “Request return.” Preview orders can be managed from the local account dashboard. Production returns require the connected order database.

Exchanges

Because quantities are limited, exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Client services can place a temporary size hold where inventory permits.
